This bibliography contains the references for all topics in the Research section of my Notepad. The sources are listed in alphabetical order by author/editor or title, as one might expect; however, the entries are not numbered sequentially for footnoting purposes. Instead, a unique identifier, usually a concatenation of the author’s last name and a sequence number separated by a hyphen, is used to identify each work. It is this identifier that is used throughout my notes and the data item used to sort this bibliography.
