Java Certification Resources

At one point in time, I was strongly considering Java programming as a career path and began studying for certification. This is a list of online resources that offered information about the exam, training, mock exams, and the like. At the time of this posting, most of the sites seemed to still be alive, but whether or not the services are still be offered has not been verified.
